The Master Pet Agreement must be filled out before utilizing any of our services (daycare, boarding, grooming or training).  You can fill it out here on our website (it will be emailed to us), you can download it, email it to us (resortsbnp@gmail.com) or bring it with you when you check in, or you can fill it out on our Gingr app.  You will fill out our Boarding Check-In Form omnly if your dog is staying overnight with us and the Training Consent Form will be for utilizing our training sessions.

Thank you for choosing Resorts Boarding and Play! We look forward to caring for your pet(s) and making their stay with us enjoyable and safe. This packet will include all the important information for you about us and what we need to know about you. The information you provide is to be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. We are not only concerned for the well-being of your pet(s) in our care, but also for other guests and the caretakers.

*Pets that have stitches, staples, e-collar or cause for concern will be denied for boarding. If your pet is not fixed by 6 months, they will not be able to participate in daycare*

Feeding Instructions:

To ensure accurate feeding, please pre-measure and label each individual meal. A $5 daily preparation fee will apply for unportioned and unlabeled food. If no food is provided, we’re happy to offer our high-quality house food (Science Diet Sensitive Stomach – Chicken) at $3 per day, per pet.

Medication Instructions:

$4/day for pets on three or more medications or injectables. Additional fees may apply for special handling (e.g., eye or ear drops).
