The Master Pet Agreement must be filled out before utilizing any of our services (daycare, boarding, grooming or training).  You can fill it out here on our website (it will be emailed to us), you can download it, email it to us (resortsbnp@gmail.com) or bring it with you when you check in, or you can fill it out on our Gingr app.  You will fill out our Boarding Check-In Form omnly if your dog is staying overnight with us and the Training Consent Form will be for utilizing our training sessions.

Thank you for choosing Resorts Boarding and Play! We look forward to caring for your pet(s) and making their stay with us enjoyable and safe. This packet will include all the important information for you about us and what we need to know about you. The information you provide is to be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. We are not only concerned for the well-being of your pet(s) in our care, but also for other guests and the caretakers. 

*Pets that have stitches, staples, e-collar or cause for concern will be denied for boarding. If your pet is not fixed by 6 months, they will not be able to participate in daycare*

** Rates are daily, but if your pet(s) is picked up before 11am on the day they go home you are not charged the daycare/solo rate for that day. Lobby hours are Monday through Friday 7am-1pm, & 2pm-6pm (we are closed between 1pm-2pm) and Weekends 9am-11am & 1pm-3pm (we are closed 11am-1pm). There is an added fee for peak holiday season. Boarding drop off times are by appointment only. Cancellations are permitted 48 hours prior to check-in on non-holiday dates and 7 days prior on holiday timeframes for a refund of your deposit. All pets must be living under the same address in order to board together **

Feeding Instructions:

*Please pre-measure and label each individual meal or you will be charged a daily rate of $5.00. If you do not provide food we will use our house food (Science Diet, Sensitive Stomach; Chicken) for $3 per day per pet.*

Medication Instructions:

*If your pet is on 3 or more medications or has injectables there is a $4 medication fee. Extra charges may apply for special handling fees too or for eye and ear drops*

Additional Services to add onto your pet’s stay:

Group Playtime: Our guest will enjoy 2 play sessions with their friends in a supervised setting.

Hybrid: Our guest will receive 1 group play session and 1 solo enrichment activity with one of our trained team staff members to mentally stimulate them.

Solo Playtime: Our guest will enjoy 2 private activities with a staff member to cognitively, physically and social meet their daily needs.

*We will do our best to schedule your groom, however there are times where we are fully booked or do not have a groomer on staff*
