The Master Pet Agreement must be filled out before utilizing any of our services (daycare, boarding, grooming or training). You can fill it out here on our website (it will be emailed to us), you can download it, email it to us (resortsbnp@gmail.com) or bring it with you when you check in, or you can fill it out on our Gingr app. You will fill out our Boarding Check-In Form omnly if your dog is staying overnight with us and the Training Consent Form will be for utilizing our training sessions.

Thank you for choosing Resorts Boarding and Play! We look forward to caring for your pet(s) and making their stay with us enjoyable and safe. This packet will include all the important information for you about us and what we need to know about you. The information you provide is to be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. We are not only concerned for the well-being of your pet(s) in our care, but also for other guests and the caretakers. This packet will need to be filled out upon first enrollment or as your information changes. You will be notified regarding any policy or procedure changes from us. However, prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment and completed agreement are required upon sign up to hold place in class. Please bring copies of all current vaccinations to the first class. Admittance to class will not be allowed without signed agreement and adherence to contents as well as class payment and proof of required vaccinations. This form is not modifiable.

SERVICES PROVIDED: Training is provided by Resorts Boarding & Play and Robyn Pratt, Professional Canine Trainer. Client agrees payment is for training dates scheduled above or agreed upon. Classes are only rescheduled by Trainer due to uncontrollable circumstances. It is at the Trainer discretion whether to reschedule a session cancelled by the Client. All sessions must be completed within the agreement date. No refund will be given under such circumstances. PAYMENT: Payment is due prior to the start of training. No refunds will be given unless training is cancelled by Trainer. Training sessions and classes are not transferable. LIABILITY: Client agrees to indemnify and hold Resorts Boarding & Play, Trainer, Training Location and Staff harmless from all liability for any loss, damage, or injury to persons, animals or property arising from or related to Client, Client’s pet’s or other pet’s activities before, during or after training. Client agrees that Location and/or Trainer shall not be liable for loss or damage to animal for any reason unless said loss or damage was a direct result of Location or Trainer’s negligence. *

Client agrees to follow all guidelines set by Trainer. Including but not limited to:

Closed heel/toed shoes with rubber soles required.
Dogs must be on leash at all other times.
Clients must hold onto leash always unless instructed otherwise.

For good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:

Client's Duty to Assist in and Continue Training: Client understands and agrees that he and the members of his household must follow Trainer's instructions without modification and constantly reinforce the training being given to Dog(s).
Client's Assumption of Risk: Client acknowledges that training Location, and the animals, guests, items and activities thereon; pose dangers to people and animals. Such dangers include, by way of example and not limitation, animals that can bite, trip, knock down, and fight, indoor and outdoor surfaces that may be slippery, equipment that can trip, guests and clients who cannot control their dogs, and activities involving Dog(s) and/or other dogs that can result in injury from bites or other causes. Accordingly, Client, on behalf of him/her, his/her spouse and minor children, and anyone else whom Client brings onto training Location, assumes the risk of injuries, losses, damages, costs and expenses by any means above described, and other injuries, losses, damages, costs and expenses of every possible cause and description unless inflicted intentionally or recklessly by the agents and employees of Trainer. If Dog(s) is injured in a dog fight or an accident, gets fleas, ticks or worms, contracts any illness or disease, is lost or stolen, becomes pregnant, or engages in any dangerous, vicious or unwanted behavior, during or after the term of this Agreement, on or off training Location, Client accepts the risk of the same and agrees that Trainer shall not be held responsible for it or any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses.
Client's Liability: If Dog(s) causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including but not limited to Trainer and his agents and employees), during or after the term of this Agreement, on or off Trainer's Premises, then Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred by Trainer and his agents and employees, and to defend and indemnify Trainer and his agents and employees from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

Puppy/ Level 1: 5 Week class. This class includes an introduction to simple cues such as "Sit", "Down", "stay". "Wait". and "Come". We will discuss basic manners, problem prevention, appropriate chews and toys, crate and potty training and nutrition, A certificate will be earned at the end of the completed class. Prerequisites: age 10 weeks - 6 months and all age appropriate vaccinations are current.
Beginner/ Level 1: 5 Week class. This class is an introduction to simple cues such as "Sit'. "Stay", "Wait", "Come", "Take it", "Leave it". We work on loose leash walking, basic manners and problem solving such as jumping, mouthing, barking and potty training. We will discuss appropriate chews, toys, and how to use them, crate training and nutrition. A certificate will be earned at the end of the completed class. Prerequisites: age 6 months - adult and all vaccinations are current
Intermediate / Level 2: This class will work on more advanced concepts such as “Go Place”, “Wait” at doorways, and “Sit” automatically with loose leash walking. Also, work to gain more reliability despite distractions and distance such as “Sit Stay”, “Down Stay”, and “Go Place”. A certificate will be earned at the end of completed class. Prerequisites: Completed a Puppy or Beginner class and all vaccinations are current.
Private Training: This is a class with a setting just for you, your dog and the trainer. The benefits of this type of class is flexible scheduling, custom curriculum and personalized attention! Also, based on the needs you are looking for with your dog, the number of classes can be determined by the trainer and yourself.Prerequisites: All vaccinations are up to date (age appropriate).
